Rebuild. Redefine. Reuse.
Reinvent A Community.

By offering these specialized services,
GroundStone is able to meet our client’s needs in
creating sustainable and social communities and residences.

Lots of developers say they implement ‘Green’ or ‘Eco-friendly’ thinking into their projects. However, very few look specifically for projects that can embody the essence of ‘Social’ and ‘Sustainable’ living. We differentiate our services from other’s ‘production’ building by creating a blend of unique spaces that enhance the character of the communities instead of forcing generic structures that do nothing to enhance the surroundings.

GroundStone focuses on reinventing neighborhoods thru a diverse offering of products, programs, sustainable building and lifestyle, and community outreach. We offer separate business services focused on delivering a particular type of product or need.

We offer separate business services focused on satisfying a particular type of product or need:

• Community Outreach
• Residential Development
• Commercial Development
• Custom Homes
• Green-Building and Sustainable Living
